Roadtrip

As most of you know we are back from the land of 12,000 street rods, 10,000 lakes, and 1200 miles. Still going through the pics, but we had a great time. Tucker got to be in a pool for the first time, started crawling forward a little for the first time, started standing up for the first time, got his first top tooth, and a new and improved sleep schedule. I guess the road agrees with him. He got to meet his other Great Grandma and Uncle Bun and Aunt Kate for the first time. He was a big hit with all of the Fuller clan. We had a great time up there and love it. Thanks to Uncle Bob and Aunt Maddie and Uncle Doug and Aunt Chris for letting us stay with them.

That's my boy..

Tucker got to play a little with the Epiphone. He likes the Bigsby alot, just like Daddy. When I took the guitar back, he got upset, so he really liked the guitar. Awesome. And he says Da Da and Ma Ma, and we are pretty sure he means it now. Even more awesome.

Fun Weekend

This weekend, Tucker's first top tooth is days away from breaking through. He is starting to clap his hands a little. He's getting stronger and more agile. He was a big hit at the wedding and got to play with his 2 girlfriends, Theresa and Lily. They were quite a trio!

Vroom Vroom

Tucker got to try out his '36 pedal car. We think he likes it. Mommy likes it too.

First Car Show

Tucker went to his first car show in the '55 and we had a great time. Except for the drive down when our meeting plans got all screwed up at the rendevouz and we were stuck waiting around for half an hour. Only 1 of Tucker's girlfriends came to the show, Lily with parents Brad and Grainey. All in all we had a great time, the wagon was a big hit as was Tucker, and we stayed until the bitter end.

Teeth

It's official that Tucker has his first two teeth! One starting coming in over Memorial Day weekend and then the second bottom tooth was just a couple days later. Luckily he was in a surprisingly good mood through it all. I was finally able to get a picture of it.

He also pulled himself to kneeling in the laundry basket (which can make it fall over) and then later in the crib. So that was his new trick to surprise his mommy for the day.

Today I did a lot of gardening while wearing Tucker in the Ergobaby carrier. That thing is amazing since my back didn't even hurt. He fell asleep eventually while I was pulling vines off the house and dead leaves were falling all over us. It was funny that he didn't notice!

Cinco de Tucker

In the afternoons last weekend I was in charge of Tucker while Libby worked in the yard, and planted flowers. We had a good time. Tucker really enjoyed the blanket from our Friends from the South™ and it matched his favorite airplane too. Still no crawling yet, but he can do more pushups than I can, that's for sure.

Well, the seat belts are all in, and the baby seat is ready to go for this weekend. My missing screws showed up, and I got better lugnuts so I could put the spider caps on. They look awesome! Just have to finish changing the oil (Napa gave me a '58 and up instead of a '55 filter) and give it a good bath and we are off to the races. Luckily for me, the photoshoot I had scheduled got cancelled last weekend, or I would have been scrambling to get this all done. And it was a beautiful weekend to boot. Libby and Tucker sleep in the morning, so I hit the garage at 8:00 both days for a few hours.
