The truck fan switch quit working. So my little helper and i decided to investigate.


We found the culprit... Burned up relay and harness.

New class

We are taking Art to Music class. We get to make an instrument and sing songs and play their instruments (that actually work). We have a new fun teacher from Czech Republic. She forgot to stamp their hands and we went to play and forgot about it. Later in the bathroom he randomly remembered and said, "They forgot to stamp my hand darnit." I tried not to bust out laughing and let them know. He got his hand stamped after that!

Libby said Tucker got to take it outside to dig in the ground with Finleigh today. Ack! But it's never seen dirt! At least that I can remember. :)

CAF Tour Stop

Tucker and I went to see FIFI the B-29 when she was in town. He really liked all the airplanes until they started up. Then he framed out because they were too loud.

Mother's Day 2011

T never poses for pictures much anymore but he was so sweet when he gave me that card! I think he knew it was a special day. Maybe we should tell him it's Mother's Day all the time!

Summer

Well summer has been blasting us away this year. It has been really HOT. Luckily we have swim class twice a week and the boy has become A LOT more confident in the water. He will jump right in now and doesn't get upset when he goes underwater. We will have more swimming pictures to come. For now here is Tucker digging away at the park.

More Spring

Tucker and I laugh every time we see the pouting picture! He likes Nutella and does not like the camera anymore unfortunately! He is very happy to be going to parks again.

It's Spring!

Business Meeting

I walked in the room a few weeks ago and Tucker was having a business meeting. He said he was talking to Eli's sister, who is only 2 months old! Oh bummer, the video won't work.

Yesterday morning, someone found the giant chocolate bar and ran into the living room and got really quiet. I ran in there and started laughing since he was chowing on it. He wasn't too happy about me taking it but I gave him another small piece. Later we had an extensive conversation about Bob the Builder and what he likes to eat. I also learned that Bob can turn into a horse!

Sledding

Tucker's sled ride today. About half the block didn't shovel so there were some up and down spots. We wiped out once too. He liked the 5' sled hill in the backyard too.

Blizzard!

We've had the third worst blizzard in history! Note the snow over the hood of the neighbor's car!
Even the Village front end loader had trouble with the 5' drifts in the alley.

Girl Crazy

Mikey, Lisa and Theresa came over to have pizza and play time. Of course they are meant for each other. Theresa has the same giant P-51 that Tucker has. She likes tools. Tucker is in love...

Christmas

We had Bud, Kelli and Rob over for Christmas Eve for dinner and presents. Then on Christmas Day, we opened presents at home. Then we went to Margit and Earl's house for dinner. It was a fun day and Tucker was a hoot with all his presents. Pics here... We were telling Tucker that it was also Jesus' birthday, and somewhere along the line we taught him to say "Praise Jesus", only he yells it. Pretty funny.

Let it Snow

Tucker was excited to help us shovel snow. He was doing a great job! He really enjoyed the snowball being thrown at him though.
